Key Responsibilites

  • Manage the daily calendar and schedule for senior executives, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as a point of contact and gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other supporting materials
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
